ABOUT THIS ROLE Hultafors Group is in a very exciting development phase, where a lot is happening within the company, partly the growth journey in IT, partly that the company is growing on a larger scale. We are expanding globally and have in the past five years acquired over ten companies, and the acquisition journey will continue. Since 2021, Hultafors Group has grown from a turnover of approximately 3,8 billion SEK, to today having a turnover of over 6,5 billion SEK. Some brands have been with us for a long time and use the same platforms, while others are newcomers with their own solutions and platforms. Now a decision has been made to increase the degree of digitalization in the company, as well as move to common platforms for the entire group, which will be based on cloud native applications and SOA architecture for all. To succeed in this, we need to strengthen our team with several roles and the role of Enterprise Architect is a key role which will be a part of the Group IT management team. This is truly an exciting opportunity to step into a crucial role and take the lead for a major investment where you will leave your own mark on Hultafors Group’s IT environment. As an Enterprise Architect with us, you have the management team behind you when you develop roadmaps, create strategies, and set the structure for how the IT landscape should look in the future. You will have a clear focus on digitalization, Cloud, SOA Architecture, Micro Services and Cyber security. You will be responsible for coordination, designing, implementing, and maintaining the architecture to support our journey forward.

Experience

We would like you to have a few years of experience in several of the following areas:

LOCATION The position is located in Gothenburg, Västra Frölunda. You will have the flexibility of a hybrid work model.
