We are looking to hire a Lead Manager to Hultafors Group (Interim 12 month)

Would you like to take part in creating and developing lead management and marketing automation within Hultafors Group?

In this role you will manage, develop and implement lead generation in our digital channels in a practical manner. You will work closely with our local sales organisations to ensure they have the support and knowledge needed to operate lead management on a local level. Other activities connected to this role is commercial digitalization, with the main purpose of optimizing sales and finding new business opportunities.

As a Lead manager you will maintain the European Lead Manager Forum.

You will work with all our strong brands included in the Hultafors Group portfolio.

As a Lead Manager you will:

  • Create, develop and adjust existing content used for digital communication channels.
  • Introduce new processes and ways of working connected to lead generation and marketing automation.
  • Set-up and develop KPIs for lead generation.
  • Develop integration between CRM and email marketing tool as well as a process connected to leads together with Application Specialist of Hultafors Group.
  • Develop other integrations to increase understanding of leads and existing customers of Hultafors Group.
  • Discover new functionalities or ways to use existing tools connected to the work of marketing automation.
  • Participate in activities and projects connected to the area of Commercial Digitalization within Hultafors Group.

It is important that you are a team player and can work easily across departments and markets, as we have offices in about 15 countries.

Qualifications & Experiences needed
You have a relevant degree as well as some practical experience from a similar role. It will be an advantage if you have a history within sales or from a sales driven marketing department.

In addition, you are fluent in English and Swedish, both in terms of speech and writing. You are used to work with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Photoshop, A/B-testing tools, optimization and have experience working with CRM as well as tools to manage leads and marketing automation.
You have a technical interest to be able to implement script and coding for these tools. 

We believe you also have experience in managing projects and train users in digital tools. Finally, you have a sense of creating and developing content used for communicating with customers of Hultafors Group.

Travelling is part of the position.

This is an interim position due to a parental leave (12 month). You will work from our office in Stockholm or Gothenburg.
